Sound and Vibrational Therapy

What is Sound and Vibrational Therapy?
A core principle of sound healing is that physical, emotional, and mental symptoms stem from an underlying energy field—by shifting this energy, we can transform these patterns (Human Tuning, John Beaulieu). Everything in the universe vibrates at different frequencies, including individuals, whose energy can become imbalanced for various reasons. Common phrases like “low-key” or “high-strung” reflect our awareness of these vibrations. Techniques such as tuning forks and singing bowls, tuned to the frequencies of our chakras, help restore balance and harmony, promoting healing. The highest vibrations are light and water, and since a well-hydrated human body is about 90% water, maintaining proper care can elevate our vibrational state significantly.
